International standards such as AISI, ASTM, DIN, JIS, BS are taken care by monitoring the manufacturing process. Our foundries are capable of producing parts weighing from 0.100 Kg to 1000 Kgs as a single piece.
We are specific in developing customized hot & Cold forging parts, Fine blanking process is a specialized precision stamping combines cold extrusion and stamping technologies to produce parts with relatively smooth straight edges and superior flatness.
We are equipped with state-of- the-art machining and special process facilities to produce parts of exceptional dimensional accuracy. The machine shop consist of Conventional, Special purpose, Semi-Automatic, CNC Machines with latest version of operating control systems.
We produce a variety of Stainless Steel, Copper, Duplex, Nickel Alloy and other specialty grades of tubing and pipe. The range varies from ¼” to 4”
We supply single wall and double wall tubing in copper, copper nickel, stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, nickel alloy per ASTM Standards in dimensions ranging from diameters of 0.125" to 3.25" and wall thickness from 0.012" to .125".
